Os remitimos el siguiente comunicado de la ESHG en relación con la membresía conjunta con la ESGH.
Os informamos asimismo que las membresías y nuevas solicitudes para 2025 ya están siendo gestionadas.
En cuanto se abra el plazo para el envío de solicitudes de la membresía conjunta AEGH+ESHG para 2026, os informaremos.
We would like to inform you that ESHG has now transitioned to a new member management system.
Please note that ESHG membership always runs for one calendar year. Until now, we were able to grant national society members a transition period, keeping their membership active until March of the following year. However, the new system does not allow this any longer. Members must renew in time to maintain uninterrupted access.
Additionally, we would like to remind you that processing does takes time, and members can only benefit from the reduced conference fee once they are fully uploaded and registered in our system.
The process (at least two working days) must be factored in. Applying for membership via your society just one day before a deadline will therefore not be feasible.
The deadlines for reduced conference fees for the 2025 conference are: April 10 and May 8.
