Estimados socios, como cada año la ESHG convoca una beca para asistir al congreso europeo de genética que se celebrará en Milan, Italia, en Junio, del 16-19, 2018. Este año como novedad, la AEGH ha decidido ampliar la convocatoria con otra beca mas para sus socios siendo un total de 2 Becas.
Ambas becas son sufragadas en su totalidad por la AEGH para sus miembros mas jóvenes, es imprescindible ser socio de la AEGH, menor de 35 años y presentar una comunicación al congreso. Los candidatos enviaran a la secretaria de la AEGH aegh@geyseco.es un CV abreviado con foto, destacando sus logros más relevantes y un resumen de su comunicación antes del 31 de Marzo. El ganador deberá mostrar el logo de la AEGH en su comunicación.
La resolución será dictaminada por la junta directiva de la AEGH y será inapelable.

We take pleasure in reminding you that the ESHG will offer National Fellowships for young investigators under 35 years of age to attend the European Human Genetics Conference in conjunction with the European Meeting on Psychosocial Aspects of Genetics in Milan, Italy, from June 16-19, 2018.
Your national Society will be able to select one fellowship holder.
The election criteria are the following:
– This person should be a member of your national society.
– The person selected should have shown excellence in the field of human genetics, and/or have given a good presentation/poster at your latest national meeting.
Limitations:
– She/he should not be over 35 years of age
– She/he cannot receive more than one fellowship in consecutive years.
– This fellowship cannot be cumulated with an ESHG Conference Fellowship (linked to an accepted abstract at the meeting).
Formalities:
– Your society has to provide a short statement giving the reasons for awarding the fellowship, as well as
– a picture of the winner in electronic format (to be published on the ESHG website, with the permission of the person).
The fellowship will provide the following to the winners:
– Free registration (including social events and lunches).
– Accommodation and Travel support up to a maximum amount of EUR 600.-. Refund forms will be handed out at the time of registration on site.

Once your Society has officially informed the ESHG of their choice, fellows will receive a link to a special online registration form.
